West Village Holiday Popup

Everything you need to know

In the hopes of stirring up a little Christmas spirit, we’ve teamed up with Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition and Sailor & The Dock to put on a two weekend holiday popup event beginning December 9th and ending December 18th.

Where/when is the Popup?

We’re bringing holiday cheer to the vibrant West Village District OKC! The popup will be hosted within the Sistine Chapel Exhibition at Sailor & The Dock, and vendors will be setup alongside Michelangelo’s paintings during the final weeks of the exhibition. This is a two-weekend event (December 9th-11th and December 16th-18th). Doors open at 11am and the market will close at 7pm but stick around for Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition! It doesn’t close until 8:30pm.

Door Prizes

Each vendor will give a token to their first customer of the day that can be cashed in at the door prize table for something spectacular! Be the first to line up at 11am and complete a purchase to claim the token.

How much does it cost?

Our goal is to create a low barrier opportunity for local vendors to thrive during the busiest shopping season of the year.  That being said, vendor fees are just $50/day or you can reserve an entire 3 day weekend (Friday – Saturday) for just $75, cutting the daily fee in half. Apply to reserve your spot here.

Expected Turnout

Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel Exhibition will be open from 11am – 8:30pm, and during the weekend there is typically a line at the door prior to opening the doors. Considering the draw from the exhibit and advertising the event with the help of West Village District and local media outlets, we can expect around 250+ patrons per day.
