Everything You Need To Know

The Venue

The popup will be hosted within the Sistine Chapel Exhibition at Sailor & The Dock, and you will be setup alongside Michelangelo’s paintings during the final weeks of the exhibition! Sailor & The Dock is a new edition to the West Village District in Downtown OKC. The venue will be going under construction in March and plans to debut an indoor local market, restaurant, bar, and entertainment concept in late Spring 2023. 

Load In/Tear Down

This is a two-weekend event (December 9th-11th and December 16th-18th). Doors open at 11am and the market will close at 7pm. We are asking all vendors to please arrive no later than 10am on their designated popup day to allow enough time to set up. However, vendors can arrive as early as 9:30am. Vendors will be able to start tearing down at 7pm and every vendor will need be out of the building by 8:30pm. Vendors that have reserved back-to-back days may leave their booth setup if they desire. 

Your Area

Each vendor is designated an 8ft x 8ft area within the Sistine Chapel Exhibition. You will need to provide your own table, and we encourage you to get into the holiday spirit and decorate your table! There is access to power but you may bring an extension cord or power strip, as we have limited supply. All vending areas are first come first serve so please arrive early if you want to be picky. 
 

Table Decorations Contest

Stand out with table decorations that spread Christmas cheer! Each weekend, a prize will be awarded to the vendor that decks the halls with the holly-jolliest look. 

Bring a $25 Door Prize (Encouraged)

We encourage vendors to bring a door prize worth $25+ in value and let your loyal customers know that the first person to purchase something at your booth walks away with the free prize! Let us know what your prize will be and we’ll make sure to shout you out. 

Vendor Checklist

  1. Bring a table, Christmas decorations, extension cords & anything else you may need for your booth.
  2. Bring a door prize worth at least $25 in value. (Encouraged) 
  3. Spread the word! Let your shoppers know you’ll be at the popup. Share the facebook event here.
  4. Arrive no later than 10am on your designated popup day.
