Join Us At the West Village Holiday Popup

In the hopes of stirring up a little Christmas spirit, we’ve teamed up with Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition and Sailor & The Dock to put on a two weekend holiday popup event on the weekend of December 9th-11th and again on December 16th-18th. This is your opportunity to showcase your work alongside Michelangelo’s paintings during the final weeks of the Sistine Chapel’s Exhibition in OKC!The popup hours of operation will be 11am – 7pm. Learn more information about the event and how to reserve a full 8×8 booth rental here or continue reading for an alternative opportunity for artists.
Opportunity For Artists To Drop Off Artwork
To help artists that may not have enough artwork to fill the entire 8×8 booth and to help lower the cost of entry, we’re going to have our own booth with up to 40ft of grid wall to hang artwork. Instead of paying the $75 fee for an entire booth rental for the three-day weekend event, we’re only charging artists $25 to display and sell artwork from local artists during the holiday popup for all three days (Friday-Sunday) each weekend. Artists are welcome to stay at the exhibit and sell their artwork alongside us but if they cannot stay for the entirety of the event each day from 11a-7p, they can just leave their artwork displayed for us to sell on their behalf.
Artwork Pickup/Drop off
How is money handled?
100% off the art sales will go directly back to the artist behind the creation. Each piece will be tagged with the artists name and the price of the piece so that each sale can be recorded accurately. Artists will have a designated envelope for cash sales but can provide a Cashapp and Venmo link so that customers have the option to pay online. Artists can pick up their earnings when they pick up their artwork on Sunday at 7pm.
